Didn't even know they made that vitola! Yes correct it's the 2nd release a '07 RA Beli that was produced for Great Britian in '05 and again in '07. Obviously a regional that had the band slip off. Germany maybe? No sorry they came unbanded both times. Not sure why but the RA Beli from England didn't come with the RE band like other regionals. Had a Great time and enjoyed meeting Lisa for the first time. Always a nice time hanging out with Steven. Was a really nice evening in the city with great weather too for walking between the cigar bars and restaurant. 1
