About a quarter, but that would be much lower if the good coronas and Panatelas were still available. I wish my <42 category was a much higher %

I agree with Rye. If there were more options in the slimmer, but longer ring's as well as being a good regular production, I would be about 90% on this. There just isn't the selection, and therefor I tend to run in the medium-medium fatter rings. Damned Connie A's have me by the balls though, which pushes my numbers over for sure :D

About a quarter, mostly prefer corona/petit corona sizes for both time and flavour reasons but sometimes I do just like a robusto if I want a cigar in the background eg if reading a book or BBQing Th

… are we talking Habanos cigars or Hav-a-moose adult toys in this thread??? I just wanna' be sure before I cast my vote…! -the Pig

I counted out to 1034/2923, or 35.4%. Of course, a sizable chunk of these are Belicoso-sized cigars, which I don't really count in the +48 RG, so I clicked 25%.

Everyone knows my thoughts on bigger RGs....

Fewer and fewer. Love the smaller ring gauge CC's. Smoke better, taste better.

My large RG stock consists of only what I have for Robustos, which is no more than 10-25% of my stock at any given time. Might find a gifted DC in my stock occasionally but I don't typically buy them.

I really don't count Belicosos or Pyramides in the 48+ class.

My preferred ring gauge is 38-46, with leanings toward the lower end of that. Not a fan of the 50+ RG.

I'Ve been reading through this post on and off over the past couple of days. As a relatively new cigar smoker (probably about 3 years) my go to cigar has tended to be of the Robusto (gauge 50) type. This was mainly as I would normally only have a cigar on a Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally I will move up a gauge to a 52 piramides or down to an occasional double corona or Churchill. I really do enjoy a relately long hearty smoke when time permits, which tends to be a weekend, where I can enjoy the unfolding flavours that a good Cuban cigars offers.

However more recently some of the smaller cigars have been tickling my fancy. H Upmann Half Conoa, Trinidad Reyes, Punch Coronation, and Siglo II.

To me, flavour wise size doesn't matter. All the cigars I smoke have something enjoyable to offer, save the occasional poorly roled stick that's either too tight or too loose.

Now that the winter months in Sydney are upon us I'm tending to go for a slightly shorter smoke. That said I've just about finished a beautiful Diplomatics No 2 and it's a weekday.

Mix wise, at a guess I have about 75% 48 plus and the rest are half corn as or petit coronas.

I'm long overdue my equivalent of a "Havanathon" where I have something mid morning, after lunch, before dinner, and after dinner. Last time was on a cruise and it was a day to behold.
