All the time!

At the bar. Under the table. On the table. At home. With friends. Alone. Sometimes by accident when trying to show off to some BotL. When testing the spray. Checking if you're 'dry'.

Thankfully I've never torched myself but one time while smoking outside I went to shoo a mosquito away from my head and the next thing I hear is my hair sizzling from the cherry of my smoke. Follow that with the smell of burnt hair in my cigar and I was done for the night. Had a divot of hair on the side of my head until my next cut.

Whenever my cigar is nubbed, but I want to keep the party going, I end up burning some nose hairs. It happens more often than I'd like to admit.

My 6 yr old son did this recently, he was up early in the morning before me & found my lighter, & being a boy, went to give it a try but he was holding it upside down & torched the inner of his pinky finger. Took it like a man & didn't say a peep until I woke up, scared he'd be in trouble. & of course he didn't get in trouble, I just showed him how to use it properly. All little boys have to get burnt & cut once bad & then it will never happen again …

You guys have to quit drinking when smoking.rotfl.gif

Never! party.gif

Have seen some seriously bad brain snaps on the deck when guys have had one or two too many. Memory takes me back to one guy who sported a monobrow look for a few weeks....missed the cigar in his mouth with the torch by 3 inches.

Yep. Had a few torch burns over the years. Seems to be attributed to the amount of alcohol consumed, distractions, & late night smoking.

Yep... but only on weekends.

WAIT! I thought the thread title said "touched"... never mind

This was the first thing that came to my mind as well!

Wasn't there a song about that?

" when I think about you I torch myself."

Every time I hear that song....
