AbuAmelia Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Wife gave me the green light. Just don't know how I'm going to pull it off coming from the states.

Drguano Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Not via myself but will provide the contact details of Toby Brocklehurst mid month for those that are seeking to book accom with him direct. Thanks!

Dara Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Wife gave me the green light. Just don't know how I'm going to pull it off coming from the states. Hypothetically speaking you could book a flight to Canada or Mexico and then pay cash to book a flight to wherever you wanted from there...cash though as a US issued credit card may not work for booking flights to some places
vitruvius Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Anyone from the Montreal crew going ? Vitruvius
Rushman Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Pres awesome package. Forgive me if this is stated already. The wife and I are planning to come but might not be able to stretch the 9 days and as such will likely styt at one of the casa's we like. If we do a short version can we still take advantage of the modules on those days provided? Thanks amigo.
Diamondog Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Just a heads up for anyone that may not legally be able to go, passports are now being stamped which I can verify as I just got back this a.m and have arrival and departure stamps. What I cannot verify is what I read about them obliging when asked not to stamp.
JohnnyO Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 If you ask them several times, they will not put a stamp. John 1
El Presidente Posted April 22, 2014 Author Posted April 22, 2014 I spoke to Toby in Havana yesterday. Next week I ill have up a letter from him to all members providing accommodation options (Hotel and Casas) plus the contact details for direct bookings. Toby will handle the accommodation bookings for members but you are more than welcome to do it yourselves. For the events, we will have the individual modules up on the website from May 15 where you can Purchase/book directly what is of interest to you. Cheers! E Pres. 2

oliverdst Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Hi Rob , is there a checklist out to sign up for the events you had mentioned a PDF ? Thanks, Clinton Hey, Helix, how are you? I don't know exactly what you mean but there is a new thread about the trip: http://www.friendsofhabanos.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=119644 1
El Presidente Posted August 12, 2014 Author Posted August 12, 2014 Helix we have to take this in stages or it will become a ClusterMuck so right now accom, first weekend and opening party. We will have Custom cigars for the opening party but I didn't put them up as I will get 100 requests as to "who rolled them" IT DOESN'T MATTER! All the food you can eat, all the drinks you can drink, great music, cigars, dancers, great friendships old and new...+ laughter.
