Hell yes. Bill Lark leading the way, the Godfather of Aussie whisky. Legend,

spent some time down at lark's about 6 years ago. some really interesting stuff. and really promising rum, but i remember them telling me they simply could not keep up supply. couldn't get enough molasses.

some of the tiny batch whiskies were excellent. but very expensive - but as quantity for some of these was literally 200 - 300 bottles, you can see why.

The winner was batch HHO525. And Melbourne is buying everything and anything they can get, it's an older batch so small boutique shops would be worth the research.
