I take back everything I said about Quintero's

Recommended Posts

Nothing fancy, no complexity, but plenty of character.

A unique blend, with enormous depth of body and rich bass notes,

most evident in a well aged Breva.

Love 'em or hate 'em, they will not leave you bored.

Fresh panetelas, so sweet! Just rich creamy/milky fresh cut grass. That sweet lushness that hangs in the air after cutting really green and vibrant grass. The rest of the line doesn't do much for me apart from the favoritos though.

Well that sure paints a pretty picture! :)

Based on that, I will toss one in my bag next I'm at my local!

Only tried Brevas. Did not like them young at all. But after some sleep revisited and was absolutely good. Not great but good. You get what you pay for.

Bought a box of the favoritos when the Prez offered them as part of the C&C 2-box deal along with a box of PL Montecarlos. I've only had one of the quinteros so far, but that one had a too-easy draw, and I think the flavors may have suffered from that. I'm hoping the other 24 are better.
