It's a sad time. It's nice looking back on the good cigars and some of the times in life this box has seen. Last 2 years of uni, first 2 years or work. A couple of girlfriends. Lots of good footy matches.

Partagas 898 MUA 09

Some very adequate replacements literally just fell in my lap. My housemate found these at the sidedoor(we have two "front doors" I use the other)...

What are your thoughts on ending a great box?

I know the feeling. Down to my last Petit Corona del Punch from a FKC JUL 04 box. Might be the best single box I've ever had. All 24 so far have been perfect.

its a sad feeling when you finish a box! but looking back on the great memories that the box has brought its absolutely priceless

Well, usually I just grab the next box from one of my coolers :innocent:

I take a long time to get through the final 5 or so to make them last. Also soften the blow by making space in the Humi by taking the last couple into the desktop. That final smoke is a special one though.

it's a bit like a funeral. violin.gif

i generally hide the last few away in another box or at the bottom of my singles humidor. then when i stumble on them later i get a sense of happiness rather than despair.

nothing is sacred...if its the last cigar in the box and I feel like smoking it...hasta la vista baby.

no regrets...just open another box.

Yes! Loathe seeing the end of a good box. Which is the offset to the experience of realizing you have a good'ne!

Everything comes at a price, Swings and roundabouts.

I've got that many half full boxes of cigars purely because when I reach that halfway point in a box I genreally stop smoking it. I hate finishing boxes

So buy 3-4 boxes next time........idea.gif
