The proprietor was away at the Habanos Festival but his staff was excellent and allowed me to enjoy the humidor at my leisure. The last Pic is a box that Claus "lotusguy" actually had reserved with his name on it!! Small world right? Thanks for the 520 Claus!! Store had some excellent 50 Cabs of Punch and HDM Double Coronas, real gems... Unfortunatley they were just cost prohibative. Last several Pics are from the Duty Free at Frankfurt Airport. 5th Ave must really give the crap to Duty Free, I opened many boxes to finf very dull, green, moldy,overall poor quality sticks!! Prices are listed in Euros on shelves (duty free prices ofcourse) Mods not sure if this is OK with you, but seeing its Airport prices I am hoping you wont mind.. Do as you will!!

Yes it was kind of a mess in many areas. Weather was not cooperating, but we did get to enjoy most of the city. I stayed at Le Meridein so was easy to walk about and see the Arts, Musems, and culture. Was a beautiful city..

They definitely view you as a valued customer.

There was not one box that would make Robs quality check... All rubbish... After i opend my 10th box in disgust, they started getting annoyed with me. So i ,moved on to the Duty Free Candy area.

mk05 Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 I meant that it would be interesting to note that a distributor knowingly gave crap to a certain retailer/store. I was assuming that the more likely case was that the store has been picked clean.
