Zacapa
Just smoking a NC for a change (probably serves me right ) and it had quite a tight draw, massaging the stick didn't help so i dug around a little in the head of the cigar and... Probably the biggest stem I've pulled out of a stick, and considering this was in a robusto I'm not sure how the roller missed this one. Got me thinking what monster stems/oak trees other people have found in cigars?

Hohenthal
Had a stem of nearly that size in a Trinidad Reyes - the rest of the box was fine though.

Not a bad cigar once i pulled the branch out but by then it was too late. I have another so fingers crossed.

pwhite
Surprising is right. I don't smoke many NC"s, however, the La Aroma De Cuba - Mi Amor is a NC that I enjoy. As a matter of fact, the few NC's I have in my humi are La Aroma"s.
canadianbeaver
Maybe there is a bit of "band compensation" here for what the cigar delivers. Not sure...
Colt45
No stress, no seeds, no stems, no sticks! We have had a number of members mention "things" they've pulled out of cigars - I've found hair myself. brazoseagle
I've found something that looks just like that in a bottle of wine before!
Orion21
In an unfiltered bottle of Napa Cabernet the final glass contained the sediment and a bee . . . one of the best bottles of wine I have drunk

nikesupremedunk
That's huge! Generally for me, NC's are wind tunnels, especially the larger RG ones.
