Who needs a hotel for the Toronto HERF?

How that the date has been announced, we will be looking to book a group rate for all the out of towners.

What I need from you is:

What are the dates you would need a hotel?

How many people are joining you in your reservation?

How many rooms will you need?

Will look to get a couple of price point options to choose from.

I'll give this a couple of weeks to get a feel for numbers and then start to negotiate group rates.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the end of July.

I will need one hotel room for the Saturday and Sunday and will have one person with me. Might need it Friday night as well ... not 100% sure yet. I'll have a better idea of what I'm doing when I know what the rates are going to be.

I'll be going for Friday and Saturday nights, and will be likely booking at the Park Hyatt again (some of the best rates around, factoring in CF discounts). Art, if you need, I can maybe help you negotiate the pricing with that, see what they'll swing for me with extending out that discount.

However....

That all depends on if they let me on their property again after last year's fiasco.

Thinking proximity-wise here, there's a decent Marriott at 90 Bloor east which is probably the closest chain hotel - 5-minute cab ride, 3 subway stops or a 30-minute slow stumble
