Well....where do I start. Well I'm up 5 lbs......Shortly after my last successful weighin my Dad went into the hospital. Went in for a stress test, Doc says you don't seem well enough for a stress test and we should do a couple tests. Turns out my Dad had a tumor in his bile duct which was putting him into liver failure. My Dad required a scope to determine the extent of the tumor and also to install a stent to open the flow in the duct. My Dad had various other risk factors which complicated things and he flat-lined during the procedure. He came out of the procedure in rough shape and I thought I had spoken to him for the last time. My Dad recovered during the next week and I was blessed with the opportunity to tell the greatest man I know what he truly has meant to me. On March 2, 2012 my Dad passed away the second I walked into the hospital room. Start to finish two weeks, unbelievable.

Please don't miss an opportunity to tell your loved ones what they mean to you and enjoy life to its fullest. A day before my Dad died I got to thank him for everything.......going to 30 different major league baseball parks...the final game in the Montreal Forum......a Superbowl, stanley finals....but most importantly what it takes to be a man of integrity and a family man.

Fat Bastard Weigh in 1st to 7th of April

Well gents we are into our second month into the competition and a weigh in is required. There in NO need to post a photo. The only photo required is the final weigh in (June).

Let us know how you are going...who is struggling...who is doing well...changes that you have noticed. I am down to 94.7 KG which is not too bad after a month of complete debauchery :lookaround:. I have lost a little momentum but still heading in the right direction.

Please post your weight on this thread between now and the 7th of Aril. On the 8th I will update the spreadsheet. Watch out for the Easter Eggs and KEEP GOING! :D

Weighing in at 132.8 this time. Had about 2 weeks with no weight loss, finally kicked in and started losing again.

Good luck to all participants.

Will go on...

135.7kg

Too chicken to see what I was last time in case I've gone up... not the best of months.

Checking in at 90.7kg or 200lbs.

I have plateaued now and have gone to protein shakes and have started to weight train and get back into running. I hope to tone up a lot over the next month and drop another 5-10 pounds before I start to build more muscle and gain back some weight.

I went up this time to 127.1 kg

Went to Vegas in March, lots of good food there. I'm hoping I can turn it around these next three months.

Just weighed in at 80.8, not really a big loss, but that's mostly due to a long week of partying, eating and drinking more than I usually do.

Ok joined a gym 4 weeks ago and have been working out 3 times a week. Still struggling with the eating though ony down to 245lbs or 111 kg. Going to have to kick in the nutrition part to lose some serious weight inthe last two months.

80kg. Here :)

Spent darn near a week in the hospital with double pneumonia. High fever and all, didn't eat the entire time. Despite the doctors best efforts, I lived.

My lack of appetite really didn't shed me any pounds?

Sorry I'm late posting Pres.....down to 102.6 so another 5.5kg lost :) . Been doing a bit of running and cycling to try and do a half triathlon with my brother and sister in May, so that's helped focus me!
