I love how they can't just "report" about the festival without throwing in their commentary about "health concerns due to smoking." So much for just reporting -- I guess the news is now reporting/political commentary/social commentary based on an agenda....

i remember attending one of those press conferences at the festival a few years ago. they were asked sales figures. we were told they were going to be completely hinest with us and hide nothing and so it was with great pride and in that spirit of openess that they confirmed the sales figures for the year.

could be - they were being promoted on the bbc site in a manner that would have suggested this yeear but i have no real idea. it would make sense that at least one of them was from last year - would explkain the different figures.

I'm just speculating. All the cigars they were discussing/viewing were from last years festival. (RyJ Wide Church, Upmann Half Corona, Allones Extra etc.). Kind of strange that the BBC would be showing this a year late. Weirder things have happened.
