So, Rob... Are you going to participate?

You're not the fittest bastard yourself. :innocent:

If you participate in a serious way and lose.... let's say at least 10 kg, I promise to buy a box in July from LFTH.

I will be there my friend. I really want to emulate Kens new "Mick Jagger" physique biggrin.gif

That pic is just not right. Talk about saggy man boobs..... :moon:

+1. That's just horrible. Nevertheless being sizably larger, at least Ken's weren't saggy. Nor were his nut-hugger shorts falling off his butt either!

Since last summer I went from 95kg (209 lbs) to 82kg (180 lbs) Still want to lose between 7 and 12kg (15-33 lbs) but some of that might come back in the form of muscle.

Btw. conversion to pounds makes no sense to me... thank god for Google :P

Man this competition came at just the right time..........i'm tipping the scales at 385 right now and need to get down to a shredded 300 for Cuba in July.....i will be in!!!Thanks Rob!!

I think asking her alone warrants a box of cigars. The slap I would suffer from that question.....

I asked her, and she said, Maybe i should join up, and if i win you can beg me for a cigar. So harsh lol

I say stuff it im in and time to loose my pot belly.

Good motivation prez!!!!!!

Rob, I agree with your NO DANGLY BITS TO BE SHOWN IN THE PHOTO!!!!!!!! rule. May I suggest another one?... socks must be worn in the photo. No offence, but I've seen some of your fingernails and I'd hate to imagine what your toenails look like.:D

I'm in.

I would have tried to get rid of fat without a competition, but it sure will increase motivation.

10% easy

15% goal

20% hard, but possible

25% victory, but I won't do that

I think 10% might be difficult...

Might give this a try. I like the irony of a box of cigars as the motivation to get healthier. And I could do with getting into shape, or less out of shape anyway.

I am one of those who will have to buy some scales...

This is awesome! I once was in a similar contest and gained weight. Gonna take a different approach. Thanks for doing this Rob!

On the wankers line. I think everyone should weigh in and weigh out on the same set of scales and the same clothes on. This guy I work with went and got weighed at the doc's office and then a week later on his home scale and claimed he lost 15 lbs in one week. I didn't want to hurt his feelings and call him out, but he still looked the same.

great competition, and this thread should lead to serious ball busting in no time. Looking forward to seeing how this unfolds.

Too late for me.

Wife and I started in November, and I'm down 18 lbs.

Only about 5 more to reach my target.

Don't think I can eat that much in the next week to put it back on.

Would be fun trying though.

Not a fan of this diet thing but it's a lifestyle change we both needed.

Love this contest concept, another good reason to be a member.

I am in, I need to get back in shape!

I thought you lived in the gym?

Looking back, I've gained over 50lbs on my current project... Soooooo glad it is wrapping up.

Now I have to start pondering... what cigars should I select in 6 mos? :)
