Found the one I wanted online....placed the order...submit...screen freezes. Did it again...screen freezes. last time....fill it out again.....screen freezes. Had enough and told them to go forth and multiply. on their contact box....screen Freezes. Obviously it was't to be so off to do some e-mails. The first three e-mails were Order Confirmations. I apparently now have three sofa couches coming No problem...I will call and e-mail in the am. E-mail not responded to....phone is a message bank which encourages to use the e-mail for fast response..which no one responds to. I told Lise....who just looked at me. "Where did you buy them?" she asked I hesitated...... "Crazysales.com.au" I said. She laughed for what seemed to be an eternity
TankerT Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Are you sure that the system "froze" or that it just acted in a way it was designed... so you would order multiple times... I mean... you never know what some people have as a business model...
