semery74
I'm a bigger fan of the Carmel and Chocolate nuances than the Anise and Spices. Plus it has to be greater than 90 Proof to cut well with water. The closer to barrel proof the better. In order of most utilized: Wild Turkey 101 Elmer T Lee Noah's Mill George T Stagg Blanton's
Loki
Bourbon man's 2nd best friend. 1-George T Stagg 2-Woodford Reserve 3-Makers Mark (46 edges out the regular but I drink more original Makers) 4-Wild Turkey (either) 5-Bookers

Hopperb
1 - Bookers 2 - Pappy 3 - Shine 4 - Wathens 5 - Buffalo Trace Originally being from Kentucky, Bourbon runs in the blood from birth and we just keep adding to it. I had to put the Moonshine in the list as when it's good it is great and better than most processed liquor. Bill

negncic
cool thread, i'm looking to try some new bourbons myself, whats a good place to start for a total noob? If you can find Buffalo Trace that is a great place to start. Should be under $25 a bottle and is one of the best dollar for dollar Bourbons going.
