****HOTEL UPDATE****

I was able to work a rate for the traveling BOTL attending the Herf:

Studio with either two double beds or one king bed at 135-139$+tx depending on how many people book.

The hotel where I work is Le Square Phillips

It is a 4 star hotel and located 10 away from the herf venue

The group rate will be under 2011 Montreal Herf starting tomorrow. The reservation line is 1-866-393-1193. Make sure you mention it when you reserve to have the special rate. If for some reason you can't make it please cancel it 24h before your arrival.

ALSO

If we book here, we will be able to use our conference room free of charge to hold a "Meet and Greet" prior to dinner. I think this would be a good way to start the night and get to know everybody!

Thanks for arringing this Simon I will have to confirm, but I'm hoping to make it, if I can make, I will be booking a room. Are the rooms only being held for a certain period of time (do we have to reserve before a certain date).

Yes, they have to be reserved by December 21st. After that, it will be up to availability.
