Seriously, they should be sued.

It is clear they are aiming to benefit from the credit of the original.

FWIW, it appears cigarczar.com has been around longer. I certainly don't think Rob was trying to benefit from it though, since it is such an ugly site.

No. It was online before cigar-czar was created. And no one has the monopoly of the word "czar". This is a very common situation on the internet(s).

This is not a site trying to make money off the back of another...I know many of the vendors listed on there, I believe this is an informational site...

The website serves as an index for websites who bought their e commerce solution.

Apparently they own a bunch of addresses relating to cigars, I retract my comment on them.

Just over vigilance on my part,no harm no foul.

Glass top boxed cohibas... Please can someone post that pic of the guy with the beaming smile and the glass top box, looking like the cat who got the cream. Think it was on the forum 4-5 years or so back now.

Oh...he cracks me up most weeks rotfl.gif

From memory we couldn't register www.cigarczar.com at the time. Hence the www.cigar-czar.com.

To be honest less than 5% of our orders come through the site. The vast majority come direct (e-mail/Live Chat).
