Just went to the LCDH in Stuttgart - absolutely none of the new LEs or REs available yet. No Petit Julietas either. The owner says he feels like Habanos is punishing them for complaining in the past that there were too many limited releases per year.

Hands down my favorite cigar smoked to date was an 86 La Escepcion Longos.

Pretty damned good cigar it is. To my palate, it has elements of spicy root beer, and some black licorice.

:hungry: There's supposed to be a Pacific Regional Release of a Quay D'Orsay that's gonna be a real short robusto due out. Not a fan of that size but I DO want to get my hands on Quay D'Orsay Regional anything! Sorry, Piggy! :ok::pig:

Are they doing some kind of market research that says we all like fat cigars?

Like some others,I'm interested in the RG Perlas, and the Cuaba as I have a soft spot for em,but the rest are of no interest at all.

The RA Superiores has been the only new release ive bought recently

As I'm sure you already know Dicko...an excellent cigar. I can only hope the rest of the HSA releases will be as good.

OH YEAH!!!

Status of 2009, 2010 and 2011 launchings

· Pending until December the Wide Churchill tubes ( pending since 2009*) No one has missed them so far :lol3:

2012 Launchings

Security measures added on the band as in Behike (later on it this sec. measures will be expanded to other lines)Presented in a SBN box of 10’s. A tubed version will also be made with security seal stamped on the bottom of the tube.

Romeo y Julieta: Petit Churchills (factory name Petit Robustos) 50 x 102 mm. Semi plain box of 25’s. Also in tubes. So you will have the line completed with Churchill, Wide, Short and Petit…so they say. I hope you are as excited as I am :fuel:

Partagas: Serie D No 5 in packs of 3’s (tubed)

Hi Rob,

hope you are feeling better. Any news on the Regionals for 2012? Information on these is so scarce. I know that Germany (Punch Sir John) and Switzerland (Vegas Robaina Petit Belicosos) are getting one. But what about the others?

Thanks and kind regards

Is there any word on when in 2012 the Cohiba Piramides Extra will be available? Or do they just ship 'em out whenever they feel like it? I would definitely like a box of those. :)

Cheers,

And where be those RG Perlas? Has anyone spotted them yet, besides on the Spanish tobacco price list?

I have two boxes in my humi that I picked up this week in Barcelona. They are readily available there for a very good price. Shouldn't be too long before they release them outside of Spain.

I have smoked one so far (Jun 11 box) and it was a bit too moist and didn't burn well but the flavors were there. Much better than the Panetelas Extra!

To be honest I have no idea. I will follow up HSA this week to see if they can assist.
