El Presidente Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 For those that wonder what ken actually does...head across to spitbcket.com and check out the Hunter valley Wine Tasting Vid. You can see Ken hard at work in the background (from around the 4 minute mark). http://www.spitbucket.com/

Dbone Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 You guys crack me up. Ken with his score card, spit-bucket, and glass of wine doing "work". Rob smoking cigars on his deck, playing poker, doing "work". Honestly though, I have to give it up to you gents enjoying life to the fullest and turning your passions a way of life. It's not done by nearly enough. Keep up the great "work"
cigaraholic Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 As we know Ken, it's tough work but somebody's got to do it!
Ken Gargett Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 As we know Ken, it's tough work but somebody's got to do it! actually, i am not certain anyone really does have to do it. that said, just because you enjoy your work doesn't mean it isn't work. and it is not all bordeaux and skittles! i've had to get up at 5am to head across on a 5 hour flight to marg river this morning. granted for 40 years of cullens, i'd go ten times as far, but that isn't the point. and think of having to wake up and face upmteen savvys on a cold morning - that is what i am facing soon (granted that it may be in a box at the rugby world cup but again, that isn't the point). and guy, if you happen to be listening, so to speak, i hope to be over in champagne in october. work, of course. and if you guys think it is easy, remember that i will have had to cut my time in spain short to get there.

laficion Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 and guy, if you happen to be listening, so to speak, i hope to be over in champagne in october. work, of course. Ken, all work and no play may make Ken a dull boy, so, If you can make it, make a short stop in Calvisson, It would be a pleasure to share a drink & cigar and make the world right.
