Ken Gargett Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 Good one Lise absolutely brilliant in a way only the Irish can do,thats why i fly Qantas so i can get screwed UPFRONT OZ one of my pet hates with the stumbling wombat is getting to airports early to arrange an exit row and then getting on and finding you are jammed in somewhere miles from the exit and nothing you can do. happened yesterday so i had had enough and had a few words to the attendent. she told me to take it up with customer care. i pointed out last time i spoke to customer care, all they did was alert their legal department. to be fair to the attendent, she did handle the grumpy passenger very well. she came back a few minutes later and shifted me up the pointy end. i was much less grumpy then.
