Just wanted to share a couple of pictures from last saturday. Its was a night of first for me.

First Monte 2

First Partagas P2

Second Dno5 EL 2008.

First time smoking sticks one after the other!!!

Got to say the monte was good but not as I expected with all the good things I heard.

P2 was a great surprise. I can't stop thinking about it since lol

The Dno5 was also much better than last I remembered.

Great venue. Great vibe. Great Scotchs (Lagavulin 16, Macallan 25 and good old Balvenie double wood 12)

I went to the Casa Del Habanos in Toronto last weekend on my way to see a concert... I was let down by the whole experience. I thought you could actually smoke in there, which you can't and the lady serving us was very rude. She wouldn't let me go in the humidor without her assistance, every stick I would pick up, her eyes would fallow VERY closely. I felt like I was bother her. Also, the sticks are very expensive. I bought a Edmundo for 35$ and a Partagas D No 4 for 30$

I hear great things for the LCDH in Montreal. I plan on going soon.

You do have to buy there to smoke but you don't have to buy drinks.

Their prices are a bit high but its all about the experience. Stoogies lets you byoc but it has that dance club feel that I dont dig too much...

I was there over the winter. Thanks for posting the photos... brings back fond memories! Had a great time there. Smoked an '02 Cohiba reserva.... washed it down with some Havana Club. Good times!
