khomeinist Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Definitely. I enjoyed an ERDM Corona today. It is a shame that so many have been deleted. I smoke the Quai corona regularly.
ksblazer Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 I've been enjoying the 07 SLR Coronas Seems like all the coronas I enjoy are disco'd now.
hoyopr Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Dip #3's are my regular corona and the Hoyo des Dieux is my go to Corona Grande
Colt45 Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 I'm half way through a box of '01 Upmann, and save for draws on the firmish side, I've pretty much enjoyed each one.
SethLG Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Great size, I unfortunately don't have too many of them around because I prefer most of my fav. coronas in corona gorda's but the Saint Luis Rey was a great corona when I had them.
bassman Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Greatly enjoying my 06 Bolivar Coronas. Glad I stocked up while still available. Also had some nice 08 Monte #3s.
kjellfrick Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Pretty much my fav vitola... So say I...what is there not to like with this vitola. Give me a Partagas Coronas any day! Ooops, that's almost what I give myself, hehe!
jawofboston Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 My absolute favorite. I have Monte#3s, du Rois, SLRs, Punch, and Fonsecas in the humi.
PigFish Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 I have speculated many times that the coronas is the perfect cigar. I don't really think there is a coronas that I don't enjoy, or at least have enjoyed and that includes the Sancho Panza which is not a regular brand for me. Partagas, Bolivar, D-3, RA... all cigars that will be missed, at least by me!
zuma Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 I have speculated many times that the coronas is the perfect cigar. Same here... I miss the partagas and bolivar coronas most
ChanceSchmerr Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 Coronas Rock my world. Faves are Dip 3, Party Corona, Hoyo Du Roi and SLR Coronas. Of course...all of them are discontinued. A I really agree with Ray in that they are close to, if not THE ideal cigar size.
thechenman Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 Coronas...a great sized cigar. I know I smoke quite a few NCs in this size, but with Cubans I seem to prefer the Coronas larger and smaller bretheren...the Corona Gorda and the Petit Corona. While I like the feel and size of the Corona in hand, when it comes to Cubans the taste of cigars in a slightly larger or smaller format win out.
Mr Peales Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Partagas Coronas are one of my favorites. Every box/cab I have (had) seems to be filled with classic Partags goodness rolled in a slow smoking cigar. A lot of these last as long as some of my larger smokes. I also like the Bolivar Corona, and have a great '07 box of Punch Coronas from Rob. -P

They are as you describe just a real pure Partagas flavor and I love the size. This one I'm sad I missed the boat on as I hopped on right after they were discontinued, got a few left though which are in the special box.
