Tobacco taxes in cigarette are 60-70%), Yet the price of cigarette including taxes is relatively inexpensive due to lower comodity price than especially EU (3.7USD a box of cigarette). but because of our idiot tax system, We don't have sales on tobacco products and because of small market of cigar ,pipe and RYO, Their retail prices are already more than UK's. In the situation, The goverment is trying to add more 1.2-1.4 USD additionally per a box of cigarette without explaining the purpose of taxes. So... I am thinking not to pay new taxes by getting cigars before the increase, but I don't have no more storage space in my cooler. I often heard that Japan closed country for alien crimes. And about your first solition. It's continue in Nazi police of our governements. I hate this!
