SamuraiJack
Ultimately what draws me to FOH is the focus it keeps on what drew us here to begin with. With nary a wanker. 100% sharing of a true passion and the experiences that compliment it, and that sharing includes our gracious hosts which is a huge bonus. This board is proof that the relationship between vendor and customer can be as full of transparency, honesty, trust, etc. as any friendship. Fuzz
This forum is about cigars? I thought we all came here to read; the sledging between Rob, Ken, Smithy and Colt, the social commentary from Piggy, and the often sexually ambiguous/disturbing posts involving our hosts... Guest rob
I flew interstate last weekend to spend an evening with the Czar crew. Sure, we have a client/vendor relationship - but I also see them as dear friends who I would invite into my house anytime they were in my neck of the woods.... except Ken - he called me *** (not that there's anything wrong with that). LeafLover
Why is smoking a cigar more pleasurable with friends than by yourself? To me it is the conversations that you have with others that share your interest in cigars. For the most part, cigar smokers I have smoked with are laid back. Whether it's at a cigar lounge or at a party, the cigar smokers seem to be the most approachable and affable people you can meet. I guess a forum like this makes me feel like I'm in a cigar lounge or a party. A chance to unwind and just be entertained in front of the computer with a cigar and a scotch in hand. Plus, he'd probably want to use your bathroom.
