I, too, have been in email conversations with them over the last month or so, and was close to conducting the wire transfer, as I understand that is how others have procured these cigars from the distributor. If you don't mind, please keep us apprised of the situation as it progresses (hopefully). I hope it turns out well for you.

I have my Iphone set to Croatia time and Im going to call them in their daytime. I am interested to see what they have to say face to face! I'll report back to this group tomorrow. Greg

Gursey Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 Well these guys finally responded to my numerous emails to ask if I ever sent a wire. I sent the wire over a month ago like I told them I would. I sked them to hold 2 boxes for me, asked for wiring instructions, then sent the wire. All within the same hour. Now that I told them the wire was sent, they went into stealth mode again. I cant get sny reponse from them. I hate to report that these guys/gals are scammers! We are going on 6 weeks now. I rec'd 5-6 emails before I ordered just to tell me the payment procedure, then NOT ONE email again after I sent the money. Actually I rec'd one email since the wire was sent, and that was asking if I sent the wire (over a month afterward.)

If they suggest they never received the wire, ask your bank for proof of payment which you can then provide to their bank. Your bank will put a "tracer" on the wire payment and in return give you a "reference number". It is possible the wrong account was credited, in which case your bank can request a "recall" and then re-wire to the correct "further credit" account.
