laficion Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 Here is one just for the pleasure of taking a pic. My 1979 H. Upmann glass jar (empty, darn it ) with my sunday smoke. A Por Larranaga UK RL Magnificos and a shot of HC 7 years old. I'm wondering If the new LE H.Upmann Noellas glass jars will look the same or will have another look in the packaging .
KB24 Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 What catches my eyes right away is the crispness of the PL band in the second picture. It doesn't look like any band I have ever seen. Just so beautiful. Thanks for sharing. =Patrick
greenpimp Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 Gorgeous shots, thank you for sharing. How was the cigar?
Bolismoker Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I've had my eye on one of those jars recently (full of course). Almost ready to pull the trigger. Did you smoke the Upmans yourself? If so how were they?

laficion Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 The Noellas were a medium to full cigars, creamy but still earthy and very tasteful. By the way , Yes I did smoke them all from my jar. The Por Larranaga was young but a beautiful smoke. Good thing I still have three to age a bit.
