Ken Gargett Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 across the creek, i have largely open bush but at the very far end is a wedding and function centre - can't actually see or hear much. well there must be a big chrissie party today as they have just built a kid's racing track and have 6 or 8 cars being driven around by the kids (with their parents in attendence, not at the bar). rob, a chance to redeem yourself? surely one of your kids can give it a go. we are not that far from hospitals (for those that don't know the story of how rob took his young son to a party and was the only parent off drinking and not helping their child when said child was careening wildly around a dodgy track at high speed in a fragile makeshift car, and the disastrous consequences of said action and how when he finally got home, rob's long suffering wife had to take said son to hospital because there was a rugby game on tele, i'll let him tell you).
Tampa1257 Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 Ken, Rob is going on a Fishing Trip where he will have his son holding a Lighting Rod and waiting on Nature to do its thing. Must be some type of Aussie Ritual where only the strong survive..................
Colt45 Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 Must be some type of Aussie Ritual where only the strong survive.................. Sounds eerily like the "300" version of Sparta. I hope not.........

shrink Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 across the creek, i have largely open bush but at the very far end is a wedding and function centre - How convenient. Nice to know it's there if, God forbid, you should ever be foolish (or drunk) enough to use it...
