kmax
Anyone have any experience with recent release Cohiba Lanceros? I have been considering a box. Your thoughts/experiences are appreciated thanks!

Your thoughts/experiences are appreciated thanks! If my memory was right, Rob said 07 Lancero would be 91 in his rating measurement. I have it too but not tried yet. shrink
If you can find some early 2006's, you will be very happy with them. Like other 2006 Cohibas, they're the best in many years. If you can afford to put 'em away, I'm convinced that they'll be classics.

El Presidente
» I am goint to try one when I get in this morning and will report back :-) Tried a March 07 Lancero yesterday afternoon. Had a few people with me so I couldn't complete a full review. Very good cigar. Construction was spot on. Flavour was long stalks of dry grass, cedar, light milk coffee with a honey overlay. Cohiba. Medium bodied throughout. Lancero did not change its flavour profile past the first third evolution but it is a young cigar and one which traditionally benefits from 5 years being laid down. Still I would not hesitate to enjoy these cigars now.
