Sandman Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 Great pics! I always love having an inside view into the factories. Thanks for sharing!
Guibou Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 Thanks Mate! I love the gold color of those pics ! And unfortunately no, i did not have the chance to try those Conde. But looking at the last pic, you surely understood that i was probably thinking of something else than smoking them... Anyway, those were the 2nd batch for Mexico. Number were over 600 as well. For those who are interested in Factory Code, when we visited it, it was USE. By the way, Jose and Hamlet wanted me to pass all their best to those that know them. And the roller you can see is Hamlet brother, who is rolling the Montecristo Maravilla . Cheers, Guibou

Vinny Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 damn! I can see my head! :-D I tried 2 edmundo dantes. Very smooth, creamy and milky flavors. Very nice in the morning or after a small lunch. I think it has great potential and might get stronger with time, because at the end of the 2 third and begining of 3rd, it really gets stronger and more espresso like.
Guest rob Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 Excellent photos... I always enjoy these inside peeks into a world I may never see in person. In particular, the photo of the lady finishing off the Dantes hit me just right. Quick question (maybe I'm blind and missed it) .... but when were these photos taken?

Or charter from Miami if you still got family there.
El Presidente Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 These are courtesy of Guillaume who recently returned from Havana. Jose is on the left, Guillaume on the right. Pictures are from the Upmann factory.
shrink Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 I really like this pic of the Rastaman. His dreadlocks echo the ragged ends of the tobacco leaves. This man is truly one with his work.
