Over the past decade, the U.S. has become increasingly unfavorable for start-ups, as a result of oppressive taxation and regulatory mandates. It might become even worse in the near future, depending on the election.

Government writes laws...which means more Bureaucracy....which means more laws. I have met many bureaucrats and they are in the main good people doing the job they are told to do. However reality is that it becomes harder for small business to meet the regulatory guidelines and paperwork.
