Miami101 Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Hey Ken We see Tarpon all the time down here. My brother hook into one that was 160, and it pull the Kayak we were on for a period of time..... These fish are very smart, we had another one 40 pound that we hook into. The fish pull to the kayak with out a fight.......once he was next to the kayak he even jump and hit us. Note Trapon are state protected fish....you can't even pull them on the boat to take the hook off..... You should check out Red fish, or Black fish.....they also give a great fright.....Snook are also very great fighters......... Let me know when you are coming down this way....we will get a captin to take us out........
Miami101 Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Just check out the Blue Fin Tuna video: What a great fish...............................................................
