jdbrown Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 I was thinking of picking up a box or two of these. Have been told the 07's are very good but not complex. Have very limited experience with these but love a full bodied smoke. How do these evolve over time?? Do they increase in body and complexity or just straight forward power?

I'm not a RyJ fan as a whole but ages Cazs are one of my favs, VERY strong, aromatic and earthy and spicy. I hope this helps ~Mark
Jimmy2 Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 straight forward tobacco with hints a earth/pepper but not as strong as others say they read the book to much LOL. These are tasty cigars also these are an outdoor cigar as stated in there name. Smoked 3 in a row month back that were givin by a friend and did not make me sick at all i like them.
smokum Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 Great cigar...but not one that I would sit down and contemplate life with...very straightforward cigar.
bassman Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 Seems the blend has been changed a bit. The 99s I have are very strong, yet the 04s are only medium. Have not opened anything more recent.
xibbumbero Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 I have a box or 99's that are just outstanding. My box of 03's need more time. If you can PU some aged Cazadores. X:-P

Very limited experience here as well. However, good straightforward flavor from '07s I tried. A good value and I think I will be getting another box. An aged box would be a good grab. . .
CoryOllis Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Thank you for the review. I have only tried one of these and wasn't wild about it but I've learned never to judge a cigar before trying a few. It was a potent cigar, nicotine-wise. ;-)
