shrink Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I hadn't had a Hoyo Regalos in a few months, so I burned one tonight. This cigar continues to evolve, and has enormous potential. The peppery elements have subsided, and the mocha and cinnamon spice are coming to the fore. This is a full-bodied smoke. Unfortunately, an acidic citrus note interfered with what otherwise would have been a rich and complex flavor profile. You wouldn't squeeze a lemon into a hot mug of mocha java, would you? I don't think I'll try another until 2009.
