» Greg, they are Aussie and NZ wines with some French Champers. It is a

» great guide to what is the pick of the crop across all price levels.

Cool, I've been on an reasonably priced Aussie wine kick lately.

MollyDooker, Penfolds, etc. I wish I could find Hardy's Nottage Hill over here in the states.

Ken, when you write my inscription, please be sure to credit me for my contributions to your knowledge of cigars and to the many insights I have given you concerning the successful seduction of women.

Good on ya Ken... both on the book and trout.

Questions questions...

Who baits your hook?

As in Cuba, does your Kiwi guide cast for you?

Will you also have a ghost writer chronicle your trout tales?

And... Tongariro River or South Island?

Rob- put me down for one*... there's always room in the loo for another read.

(*ship with my forthcoming order)

Rob, what is the staus of these?

Now that Christmas is over and you might be able to pick them up in the discount bin. Ken can charge $25 for his signature and you can ad your margin for a good profit all round!:-D

in all seriousness, please advise.

Well done Ken!

While he is currently trout fishing for 10 days in New Zealand....I had a chance to read his new book on the weekend "don't buy wine without me 2008" Great read and a great guide for purchasing the best and best value Aussie and Kiwi wines.

I always love Kens writing style. When sober he is articulate and never afraid to pull punches. Have a read on his summary of Sauvignon Blanc ....it summarises the writing style to the book which is certainly not pretentious :lol2:

image4387.jpg

and he even manages to give us a plug.

We are trying to arrange a 100 or so copies for FOH members. I will have Ken autograph them (he doesn't know about that yet ;-) ).

I believe retail is $29.95 AUD (about $28 USD) although you could wait until after Christmas and pick it up at $2 from the book shop discount bin ;-)

If anyone wishes for a copy post here and I will have Ken arrange for the copies and we will ship out whenever they come in (P&H included).

Well done mate :ok:
