At the bottom of the email it says: This e-mail has been sent via the user area of the forum (http://www.friendsofhabanos.com/) (personal message). So I'm assuming that it's not working.

Could you forward that email to me, since it was sent through the system, there should be a way to determine who sent it, then one of the Admins or Moderators can take the appropriate actions.
