How are my Buccaneers looking for 2008?

After our woefull 2007 season .....can anyone give an assessment on how the Buccaneers are looking for 2008 and while we are at it how are Kens "Redskins" looking?

I am starting to get the annual e-mails looking to place "bets" for the upcoming NFL season and am in need of some serious "inside" information as to whether the Bucs are a finals possibility

They picked up the QB Garcia from the Philadelphia Eagles. Many experts feel Garcia will start and make the Bucs a very good team. Also, Jon Gruden is in the final year of his contract (I believe). He isn't going to go down with out a fight. I think Tampa Bay will be okay this year. I think they will finish in 2nd behind the New Orleans Saints in the Division. Will it be enough to get them in the playoffs? Not so sure.

Garcia is a good pickup. The Redskins defense should be markedly better as they have improved in the secondary and at linebacker.
