Mel Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Consider your whole collection or stash or whatever you call your assortment of cigars and tell me what are the five best, period. You must give year class at least because I know my 98 HDM Churchills are way better than my 01's.

CigarZen Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 » I have honorable mention to the HDM DC 05 Great Q Mel, and I agree that those are definitely the best Hoyo DCs in a long while. :-D Punch SS#2s - 02s HU Super Coronas, 02s are more pleasantly stout that my remaining handful of 98s 03 Partagas SdC 1s 98 Trini Fundys (when in the mood for refinement) RA 898 or RAG ... ... hmmm, then again this list may change next week.:-P
Tom Bolivar Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 Mel, define "best". If you say best do you mean a) the ones that taste best the ones that smoke best c) the ones that were most expensive d) the ones that were the least expensive e) the ones I had to almost humiliate myself for getting them f) the ones I was on the look out for almost forever and finally got them g) the ones that just represent best for what my cigar collections stands h) the ones that are so "good" that I have not smoked them yet i) the ones my wife does not know I own them for real j) the ones I'm planing to smoke on my sons weddings k) the ones out of the first box I ever bought l) the ones I smoked on my own wedding m) the one that I smoked with a dear friend ... Since propably most stopped reading after about c) I'll stop here and tell you guys one of my favourite stories. - Spain. Brute heat in the afternoon. On a little hill a young and an old bull sit in the shadow of the only tree within a 20 mile range. From there they overlook a big cow herd. All of a sudden the young bull says "lets run down and do one of the cows!". The old bull gets up and replies "lets walk down and do all of them." - Or in other words - I have no top five. I like 'em all. :-D Regards, Tom
