Freefallguy Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 » okay, that didn't go well so trying something else. Ken, you're so techno challenged, I know you couldn't photoshop the pics... so who did?;-)

El Presidente Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Ken, That is a trip we have to make. Havana-Hawaii-Christmas Island?
Ken Gargett Posted April 30, 2007 Author Posted April 30, 2007 Wow... Phenomenal trip! » What patterns were you using - for the bones and the GTrevally? » I bet that 'hoo was a blast on fly! » Way to go! unfortunately, as the original post notes, these were from a mate and not myself. and to the prez, it is very much on the agenda!
Miami101 Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Wow Ken GT on the fly.......is very hard to come by. Great fishing.
Miami101 Posted April 30, 2007 Posted April 30, 2007 Ken What locations did you fish these....I just pick up a boat....Once I get eveything ready, I just have to take it out a few times....The Key West is very good fishing, and the island around FL.....
Ken Gargett Posted April 30, 2007 Author Posted April 30, 2007 guys, as noted several times. sadly this was not me. it was a mate who caught them. i wish it was me.
Jimmy2 Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 Ken where's PINK shirts and tight Sausage pants when he goes fishing.:-D You really thought that was Ken in those pic's?
Well Armed Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 That 70 lb GT would be worth the whole trip. As in, I would travel all the way there to catch that one fish and be happy with a blanking on every other of the trip. Lifetime fish. One of the best places to get them too but they are not easy.

Ken Gargett Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 okay, the 27lber didn't go so well so will try the 30lber. and then a 40lber!!!
