BigSlick
Got 2 cabs from 06. Have smoked through ten(cigars) of them over the last year. Very good imo but I will not smoke any more of them until the 3-5 mark. Have heard they are fantastic aged.
Finless
» How does everyone feel about these? They have potential. The two I smoked were unimpressive at this time. I wouldn't mind having a couple more cabs for the future though.
Tampa1257
» How does everyone feel about these? JMHO, but dollar for dollar, they are by far the best value Petit Corona on the market. I do agree that they taste much better with some age, I have a cab from 04 that are just beginning to really bring out the caramel flavors. Rich and nicely spiced, medium bodied strength and developing flavors. I also have a cab from 05 sleeping and will pick up a cab of 06 as soon as I am able. They are a cigar that I always have in my humidor.
Gryphon
Just looking at a full cab of 50 of these beauties, is enough to take your breath away. I have a CAB from JUL 06. I have only smoked 4 from the cab. The first had an impossibly tough draw, but it was not plugged, and no flavours. When I revisited the last three one over the last three months, what I found is very promising, they are opening up, with a good draw and some flavours. As they get older, they can only get better. I am considering getting a second cab, to age.
n2advnture
» How does everyone feel about these? If you can get them/afford the storage space, then I highly recommend them with the intent of aging them 5+ years. You won't be disappointed. ~Mark
KB24
Just placed an order and should have them in 2-5 work days. Will let those sit alongside the PL Lonsdales Regional Release for a good long while. Maybe have 1 so I can see the changes over time. Thanks guys! This is also my first Cab so I got to make some room and see how these will fit in the coolidor.

KB24
» i'm just finishing up a cab from late 04 and there is only one problem with » these pcs. they're too damn good. the "let them sleep" theory is placed » in serious jeopardy with this smooth smoke. i'm not sure how many cabs » i'd have to buy to let some sit for five years, and i've rarely seem them » anywhere aged. congrats on a great purchase kb24....you'll enjoy » them....now and later. best regards, john Thank you. I'm not concerned about being able to age them 2-4 years. I prolly can get 3 years of age with only smoking 2-4 of them. I am trying to build my collection so I can age the ones that need the aging and smoke the ones that are good as they come.
