PCC tell me the cigars have arrived. Step 2. I ask for the price and quantities. Step 3. They give me the price and a 1/3 of the quantity I asked for. Step 4. I fire off an e-mail full of expletives. Step 5. E-mail returned with lower price and 1/2 the quantity I asked for originally. Step 6. I stop all communication. Step 7. Receive phone call following day to make sure all is OK. Don't take call. Step 8. Receive final e-mail with lower price and 2/3rds of quantity I originally ask for. To date we have not reached step 1 ;-)
