Trevor2118 Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 » Any idea how many Culebras to a box? The existing machine made are 8 full culebras plus 1 single (straight) cigar. (as per Tampa, see above) For the new handmade, I have seen a production code of: 201.1.11.189500 Partagas Culebras CB-UW-SLB-3-n-9 This code means: CB - current box / dress box UW - unvarnished wood SLB - slide lid box (would be a "coffin" box) 3 - number of cigars in each SLB n - no special finish 9 - total number of cigars in the CB I assume the 3 relates to 3 culebras, not 3 single cigars. Corrected following post by El Pres. 1 culebra per coffin box For more details on production codes, see: http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/2-info.ht...Packaging_Codes
El Presidente Posted October 14, 2006 Author Posted October 14, 2006 Thanks Trev. Just to confirm each Culebra will come in its own "coffin"
Professor Twain Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 Outstanding. But sounds like the may be pricey if they get that much attention in the packaging.
anacostiakat Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 » Thanks Trev. » » Just to confirm each Culebra will come in its own "coffin" I am gonna be all over these! Cant wait till next week!!!

stevejb Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 Interested in the Monte short Edmundo and as long as the pricing isn't crazy, the Cohiba reyes sounds great.
Deano Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 Excellent! The Estupendos are calling my name this year and the PL Robustos next!
pnutbutrsangwich Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Hey Prez, thanks for the teaser! Any info on packaging for the 2 RR's heading our way?
Trevor2118 Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 » Any info on packaging for the 2 RR's heading our way? When originally first mentioned, packaging was to be SLB's - Slide Lid Boxes (Cabinets) of 25 & 50, for both cigars.
Freefallguy Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 » » Just to confirm each Culebra will come in its own "coffin" » » I am gonna be all over these! I'm with you Ana-kat... of all things, I have a single culebra waiting in my humi for the right occasion. Imagine that, a machine rolled gem.
jwrussell Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 El Pres, are we still to expect the Sig II and P2 Tubos out sometime this year, early next or did those just fall off the radar for the moment? » R&J Short Churchill (Next week.
