I am having a small gathering this afternoon here at Czar House. Sitting on the deck with some bottles of red wine, some smoked salmon and some fine cigars.

Each guest will be requested to choose one of three cigars.....which would you choose?

1996 Partagas Lusitania

2001 St Luis Rey Double Corona

Millenium Cohiba Pirimide

Wish you were here ;-)

Requested to choose or allowed to choose. You do know how to have a nice afternoon. I have only had one Lusi in my day and none of the other so I would have to go with the Millenium Cohiba Pirimide. Wish I was there to enjoy the festivities.

I would say the Partagas.

The Cohiba Milleniums were just a buch of hype ( IMO) I smoked a jar ful and to be honest, not 1 of them had any stand out qualities

I have a weakness for funny shaped cigars so the Cohida.

Ditto. I haven't had one, but Rob's description of the DC would draw me in.

The Lusi without a doubt!

I have heard the pre-'98 Lusis were a different blend that was out of this world.

Seriously tough call, but would go for the Cohiba strictly because my 96 and 97 Lusis are resting comfortably, and didn't get to try the Millenium Pyramide.
