You know....that box or that single that has a special edge to it. The very rare box or the stick with special significance.

For me it was some Monte A size Panetela's 190mm x 38 Ring Guage rolled by Jaime "Hamlet" Paredes years ago.

well aren't we the smartarse for having cigars that no one else can get.

that said, a few of the hamlet rolled stuff of different sizes and, without inevitably sounding like just as bad a smartarse, one that is approx the size of a corona but which i promised i would say nothing about as otherwise, in case the good folk from habanos etc are more bored than we think and have time to check out the forum, it would be apparent where it came from and who stole it and there would seem a good chance they might lose their job.

Really two special cigars.. the first is a pair of Cohiba 30th Anniv. Double Robusto's (from the limited release humidors) and a bundle of Carlos Valdes modified "A"s (48x10.25") rolled in 2002 before he retired.

Since I've only sampled a small number of Fidel's offspring, I'm still waiting to see. I used to have quite a few Opus X before I got bitten by the Cuban bug. I find they're a bit much now as my tastes have mellowed. I'm hoping that the LEs on the CIGAR PORN thread will be a nice addition to my little family. :hungry:

Mine is a VR humidor made on the farm in San Luis y Martinez in Cuba.A pyramid shaped work of art.I have it full of "special cigars" i.e. Hamlet Salomones, some La China goodies, and the remaining cigars I have from the Trinidad Farmhouse humidor. Also, a good number of various Edicion Limitadas and farm rolled cigars from Vegas Robaina.

I have a handful of Taboada custom rolls and one Moralez custom roll. Kind of interesting cigars. I have smoked the Taboadas...fantastic.

Other than that, nothing very special in my collection, just a bunch of good smokes from 1997-2005.

Definitely my Taboada custom rolls & still have about 1/3 box of 1975 SLR Lonsdales.

I got some custom rolled Salomone and Torpedo rolled by La China. Cigars just look beautiful and to die for.

Good to know that you keep it clean and shiny!

(Your humidor, that is...) ;-)

Best looking is a book of Partagas C1s just lovely -- dark, oily, thin wrappered without a vien; striking if I say so. I have another C1 book that doesn't look as good. May be since that book is unbroken they are aging better..

As an aside Rob, I looking forward to the Trini book.:ok:

My limited edition El Pres ashtray

Oh, I forgot to mention that this was hand crafted by one K. Gargett, in what I understand was a labour of love for both he and his model.
