I can't come up with three.

Sweet/Cream- La Punta with some age. Some Cohibas.

Spice/Earth- I wouldn't lump those two together. Many of the Partagas are spicey (but not really all that earthy)

RASS, RyJ, Bolivars tend to be earthy (but in different ways).
