I demand to know why you listed the RASS before the PSD4, when both had the same number of votes? Especially when the letter P comes before R. Didn't you learn your alphabet? Or did you even go to school? An act of cunning and manipulation worthy of noneother than the impostor Ken Gargett!

VR Famosos IS the Best Robusto coming out of the gate, the CoRo takes time, almost a year before it has any of the known flavors and nuances they are known for (thus people that voted Coro) voted with emotion and not objectivity. While I love RASS, young RASS suck, they take 3-5 years to be off the hook, and people that voted for RASS don't know there RASS from a hole in the ground. I also am a devoted Partagás *****, but the PSD4 has had some serious under fills coming out the gate over the past 2 years, and just is not as good as they have been historically. The Vegas Robaina Famosos has been THE BEST ROBUSTO coming out fresh from the box, young and tasty!. Nuff Said. While the pole results are what they are, I disagree with the results. I feel that people voted emotionally and not with Objectivity.

harwellplant
i would echo some of chuck's comments, except for the rass. i really do like the flavor of a young rass. i know this puts me in the minority but, hell, it won't be the first time. i am surprised the choix is down on the list. with as many newbs as are floating around here, you would think an approachable cigar like the choix would get higher reviews than some of the more full flavoreds like the rass and psd4. one cigar that has NOT been good young for me is the epi2. Chuck, tell us how you really feel.:-) I always enjoy reading everyones reviews on the different marcas and vitolas. I may try a cigar based on a review but soon realize that my tastes are completely different from everyone else's. This poll is a very good example. My current favorite did not even make it, the Bolivar RC. One day I may muster up the courage to actually attempt a review. That is probably still a few years down the road. After reading all of the great reviews here at FOH I may never step up.

As with many cigars, I think people confuse mild with flavorless. To me - this is not the case. I find the Choix flavorful, complex and enjoyable. I love them! Do you know how many people have popped their Cuban cherry (???) with the Choix or how many people make the Choix their first box order? I'd guess more than most other cigars. . . strayvector
I agree completely with Tampa. I too, love the PSD4 flavor profile, but for consistency and best flavor fresh of the truck, the robusto of choice has to be the Famoso. I keep ordering the Famoso so that I can leave my RASS and PSD4 alone so that they can age. I don't have very many aged smokes, so the Famoso is a Godsend. It allows me to smoke a great robusto on a daily basis without having to age them.
Well Armed
No Juan Lopez Sel. No. 2s or Bolivar Royal Coronas? C'mon! And not a surprise the CoRo wins. I bet if you did a blind taste test of 5+ year-olds the results would be WAY different!
