Hey folks, wanted to create a space where others could hop on and share what they’ve been throwing on the grill recently. If it’s brisket, steaks, or I even smoked a Chilean sea bass with a brown butter sauce, it’s all welcome here. Thanks in advance. 

Here are some bone-in NY strips from the La Babia farm located in Pleasanton, Texas.

Posting to keep me abreast of this topic. Beef tenderloin this weekend.  Wife will have knee surgery on the 17th, so it will be beef ribs that weekend.  Pics will be added later. I only have 3 smokers at present, I know, rookie numbers. 

I actually have cigar lineups that I use when smoking different meats. Timing is everything.  😁
