I knew the game was live here an 1pm and I saw a few minutes of the first two periods. Canada had to be the favorite and it was a hard fought game. I like watching women's sports, there can be an enthusiasm in the contest that is infectious. Those ladies played their hearts out and fought to the bitter end. No shame on Canada, sudden death is a brutal way to end a game. This was up there with the women's world cup games football against Japan years ago in '11 and '15.

It was a hell of a deke for the overtime winner, that's for sure! Proud of them! Now it's the men's turn, good start so far!

They shut down the competition throughout the whole tournament. Very impressive.

And, shout out to the US women's figure skater last night. She put on the best winning figure skating performance I've ever seen. It was filled with joy from beginning to end.
