Popular Post VasileDulap Posted January 14 Popular Post Posted January 14 For me vitola is the most important factor for Regionals. I try to get the Lancero and Laguito no. 2 ones since these formats aren’t that common in regular production and Cohiba (Lancero and Coronas Especiales) and Trinidad Fundadores are usually more expensive than a Regional Edition in the same format. 6
EDnergy Posted yesterday at 12:43 AM Posted yesterday at 12:43 AM I agree, some can be a little boring and don’t really beat the regular production. But a few are interesting to me: Juan Lopez Valkyria ER Nordics PL Leones ER Espana Quai D'Orsay Capitolio ER Francia San Cristobal Magnificos ER Andorra. 3
yuppie Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM I'm telling you right now, the PL Intemporales and the SP Rocinante are going to be amazing! 3

joeypots Posted yesterday at 01:14 PM Posted yesterday at 01:14 PM I found the series hit and miss but I haven't had any for years. The PL Londsdales '06 had fantastic flavor but were tent pegs. Bolivar Especial #2 Alemania '09 were very good.I had a bunch of singles. I lost interest in RE cigars, along with the ELs, after a lot of problem cigars. May be I had bad luck but I flipped most of the ones I had and bought regular production and have been content ever since. Edit, I've been smoke out of a box of Punch 898 2018 Edición Regional Asia Pacifico that was a gift. These are ok cigars but the fact that I forgot about smoking them says a lot to me. 4

I think thats the beauty of ERs, so work some don't. A bit of experimentation by regional distributors for their audiences, which we are fortunate to explore. The problem are the ELs for me because its inexcusable to be a hit and miss. There is always high expectation with ELs, any ELs in fact. Considering their premise, they need to be amazing every single time. 2
ha_banos Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Got to add I love variety. And the LE RE program obviously goes to that. It's very hard however for me to get this stuff at retail. And anything priced locally for me here is out of reach. So that undoes the variety point anyway. Ho hum. 2

Also there is the limited aspect which let’s be honest, most of us find exciting. Plus sometimes Habanos just knocks it out of the park producing a legendary cigar. You got a box or two of those in your humidor - nice! 2
