Phew changing password was fun. It didn't work with my password manager. Can't paste into the password boxes. First manually invented & typed password in a very long time! Works ok once changed. 

Seems to be fast and working ok browsing around.

Maybe add a link to the live auctions in the burger menu?

Not keen on the shortened two letter box location description, ‘’TH, PT, CH’’ etc. makes me think hard about geo abbreviations.

I'm in the UK and a lot of the auctions say "Shipping not available to your country" but when I look at the "Delivery Not Available To" list of countries within one of those auctions, the UK isn't on that list

Also, in mobile view, reading messages is clunky as when clicking on one of them, I then have to scroll all the way to the bottom to read it.

The message archive view is gobbledygook and overlaying

I swipe in from the right edge of the screen to go back on my Pixel 7. Now the menu tries to appear instead. And sits there half way. I can close it.

Will take some getting used to. Managed to archive an active conversation in Messages and no idea how to move it back.

No obvious link to Live Auctions, but like you said add to burger menu.

Site definitely feels quicker.

The new search for sold batches is bad. You can't search for single vitola. Just a block of aged or vintage for a Brand.

Ahh, typical growing pains between the test and live environments. Sure you guys will get this all sorted out. But the UI is gorgeous, that’s for sure!

It appears the operation critical issues were fixed overnight. 

Needling issues are now being tidied up. They will be handled progressively as there are a shite load of them. Alex will come on later today to update as I have a 5 hour drive ahead of me. 

Let us bed it down and put some laps in. From next week I will solicit  BR members to fine tune.

Bit of a rocky start obviously but we're getting there. Thanks for bearing with us. I think in the long run it will be a big improvement on the old site. Ben and I are both looking forward to a day when we won't be working past 3am.

I think the designer felt that long country names would look messy in the limited space. Codes seemed preferable to flag icons. Will look at options here.

Can probably disable the slide in from the side menu and just have it work with the hamburger, not sure that anybody would be using that feature intentionally.

The little icon on the conversation will unarchive it (this is what you clicked to archive it also).

This is the thing we're hearing more than anything else. Our thinking in the design was that people wanted to search on box location because they wanted to find boxes that could ship to them, so we added the ship to My Address filter as a neater way of doing this. The mechanics of this are a lot more sophisticated than they were on the old system - ie, you can add multiple addresses in different countries and find boxes that can ship to any of them, which you couldn't before.

We were having these conversations over a year ago at this point, and I guess we misunderstood the user need which actually is to find boxes within your country to avoid crossing borders, something that has increased in demand a lot in the last year with shipping restrictions, tariffs etc. 

We will figure out something for this, which will probably look like a "within My Country / EU" filter.

If you were using the location search for something other than finding boxes that can ship to you or finding boxes within your country, then please let me know.

In the footer there is a link to Search Sold Lots. If you click that it will take you to a list of sales ordered by recently.
