This series to explore whether a particular cigar is humidor worthy. Cost these days is an issue for many so let's see if we can highlight some absolute standouts.  This should particularly assist those new to the cigar world.

To be fair, most of the icgars we have featured to date have scored exceptionally well. Surprisingly well!

Piramides have done very well to date in our poll series. The Vegas Robaina Unicos is a little less well known. How will it fare?

I rated 4-6 across the board.  When it’s on, I give it a higher rating. I just get too many plugs and less-satisfying flavor experiences compared to Famosos, which I rate 7-10 across the board. Don’t get me wrong, you need these in your humidor…but their roll-consistency drives me a bit crazy at times. But all my boxes are probably 2013 to 2017. YMMV.  I trust HU2 and MC2 more in the pyramids.

VR Unicos was one of about 4 regular production cigars I targeted to go deep on when the cigarmageddon writing was on the wall. Love the vitola and the blend. Never had a problem with quality control.

My favourite Piramide hands down. Nothing else comes close to it IMO.  I enjoy the CPE, P2 and the odd M2. But the Unicos is always stellar.

Watching this thread closely. Ordered a 6-pack of these recently and clipped the cap just to see what I was getting into with this marca/vitola before storing them. Draw was perfect. Flavor notes on the cold draw were intriguing. All in all, looking to learn more about this one.
